What information is collected

When you request the 7-Day Strength Reset, Life Mode collects the name and email address you provide, whether you asked for email delivery, and whether you separately agreed to receive occasional coaching tips and offers.

Why it is used

Your details are used to provide the guide, record that it was requested and respond if you contact Life Mode. Marketing emails are only sent when you actively select the separate marketing option.

Where it is handled

Website submissions are stored securely by the website hosting and database provider. If you request email delivery, your name and email address are also passed to the email delivery provider solely to send the guide link.

How long it is kept

Details are kept only for as long as they are needed for the purposes above, to maintain an accurate consent record or to meet a legal obligation. Records that are no longer needed will be removed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what information is held about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw marketing consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before it was withdrawn.
